What is a credit?+
Credits pay for AI runs. A hook analysis, a Packaging Check or a YouTube video analysis costs 5 credits. A thumbnail review costs 5. A set of 4 thumbnail concepts costs 20, and your first set is free. Your balance is always on your dashboard.
What is free and what requires credits?+
Free, no account: the Title Analyzer, the Thumbnail Text Checker, the Hook Improver preview, the Thumbnail Studio feed preview and the hook and title example libraries. With credits: the Hook Analyzer, Packaging Check, YouTube video analysis, and Thumbnail Studio reviews and concepts (your first set of concepts is free).
What happens when I run out of credits?+
The free tools keep working and your saved reports stay. To run more paid analyses, buy a Starter pack or start a monthly plan. Credits are added once Paddle confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Creator Pro and Elite are monthly subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time from Billing, through the Paddle customer portal. You keep access to your remaining credits and saved history until the end of the billing period.
Do Starter pack credits expire?+
No. The $10 Starter pack credits are added to your account and never expire. They are a one-time purchase — not a subscription. You can use them at your own pace.
Do monthly credits roll over?+
Monthly credits (Creator Pro and Elite) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. If you regularly use fewer credits than your plan includes, the Starter pack may be a better fit.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. The free plan starts with 15 credits and tops your balance back up to 15 every 30 days — enough for 3 full analyses, no card needed. Creator Pro and Elite (monthly) also start with a 7-day free trial: you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then. After the trial they are a fixed monthly price.
What if I want a refund?+
Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — the Starter pack and the first charge of Creator Pro or Elite, whether or not you used the credits. Email support@hooksignals.com within 14 days and Paddle returns the money to your card. After 14 days you can still cancel anytime to stop the next charge.
